Wheel Gator, known as Wheel Alligates (ホイール・アリゲイツ Hoīru Arigeitsu) in Japan, is a Reploid from the Mega Man X series modeled after an alligator.
Boss battles involving Wheel Gator always have some kind of water containment that can be spilled via either a convenient flashing spot (in HTFA 2) or huge buttons on each side of the boss room (in HTFA Land).
